從去年年中以來,一直有這個情況,
常常要到半夜三點左右才睡得著
但隔天起上七八點就會自己醒來了
長期這樣子下來,我覺得我的體力跟精神都變得不太好
早上也昏昏沈沈的,
晚上躺在床上又覺得腦袋很清醒,睡不著
請問大家該怎麼辦啊
我真的想要有正常規律的生活呀
我不要爆肝啦>"<
