最近開始意識到減肥不能只靠飲食 也需要有規律的運動
跑步大概跑了2個月了
上星期日騎腳踏車 因為感覺快下雨 所以很用力的踩
那天開始膝蓋就有些不舒服 但我不知道是大腿筋拉到還是膝蓋痛
晚上還繼續做比利大叔的深蹲運動
隔天學校測200公尺 也持續一個星期深蹲+3000m慢跑
今天大腿肌肉的痠痛退去了
突然感覺到右膝蓋兩邊凹洞有酸酸痛痛緊緊的感覺
請問一下這是膝蓋受傷了嗎?
嗚不想這麼肖年膝蓋不好:( 拜託各位了
