以前在高中的時候跑步或長時間運動
到一定的時間,肚擠左下方三公分處或者右邊肋骨會疼痛
那時候隊友都說是體力到了極限
現在大學生了,我也常常會游泳或跑步
但偶爾運動還不到一定的量(3-5圈操場)
還覺得不大累時就開始發作了
引起了我不少困擾
想請教一下是什麼原因呢?
