請問有關胃上皮下腫瘤相關問題 - 醫療資訊

日前去做腸胃鏡檢
有照到一些疑似病兆(胃上皮下腫瘤約1cm)
又上網爬了一些資料後覺得有點抖
想請問類似症狀臨床上良惡性比例大概為何?
後續需要做怎樣的處置或追蹤比較恰當?

檢查發現 (Findings) :
食道(Esophagus):
mucosa break at EC junction less than 5mm
胃(Stomach):
CLO test was done.
Hyperemic mucosa chnage at antrum
shallow Gus at antrum s/p bx
gastric submucosat umor at fundus portion, size about lcm
十二指腸(Duodenum) :
Negative of bulb and 2nd portion
診斷(Diagnosis) :
逆流性食道炎 Reflux Esophagitis, 洛杉磯分級 LA Grade (A) (沒有切片 No Biopsy)
表淺性胃炎 Superficial Gastritis (沒有切片 No Biopsy)
胃潰瘍 Gastric Ulcer (已做切片 Biopsy Was Done )
疑似胃上皮下腫瘤 Suspect Subepithelial Gastric Tumor (沒有切片 No Biopsy)

【報告內容】
Stomach, antrum, biopsy, chronic gastritis.
【描述】
The specimen submitted consists of two tissue fragments measuring up to
0.3x0. 2x0.2 cm. in size fixed in formalin.
Grossly, they are tan and elastic.
All for section.
Microscopically, the section shows chronic gastritis revealing fibrotic
lamina propria with moderately lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate, superficial fov
eolar hyperplasia, and focal intestinal metaplasia. No Helicobactor infection
or epithelial dysplasia is seen.
