想請問一下,
午睡是先吃完午餐後再睡午覺(還是相反),
對人體健康較好呢?
以一般人午休時間為一~一個半小時來講,
有時吃飽扒著睡又會覺得剛吃飽扒著不太好,
只是從學生時代就如此.
想問問看要午睡的情況下,
如何做會較為健康些,
