有沒有可能用催眠改變自己的強迫行為呢??
一直以來會咬指甲、摳指甲,
不管用了什麼物理性的療法都沒辦法矯正...
有發現自己好像是因為焦慮所以才會有這樣的行為,
但是怎麼樣也改不了...
甚至因為想改所以引發更大的焦慮, 咬得更嚴重,
覺得自己的精神狀態都快跟手指一樣坑坑巴巴的了 >< 超痛苦
所以想說請問自己該如何用催眠的方式來治療這類的問題呢?
可以找出焦慮的來源嗎??
該怎麼作呢? 用自我催眠的方式可以嗎?
