昨天腹部超音波報告出來
肝臟有一個2.4公分的不知道什麼東西
好像是跟脂肪有關係，但好像不確定
可請幫忙翻譯報告嗎？感謝.

Impression:
- Mild fatty liver.
- A hupoechoic lesion (2.4cm) in hepatic S5. DDx: focal fatty sparing or tumor.
Advise follow up with MR or US.
Abdomen sonography shows:
1. Liver:
Mild increased
echogenicity of the liver parenchyma.
A hypochoic lesion in hepatic S5, sized 2.4cm. DDx: focal fatty sparing or
hepatic tumor.
