解離 - 憂鬱症

我自己的經驗,解離往往是一種"下意識地保護自己"的行為,
也就是為了從某些傷害、或焦慮中逃開,然而很多時候這種短暫的逃避,
只會造成事後更大的問題。
(例如不記得自己答應過別人什麼、不記得自己為什麼亂買東西,等等。)
所以解離只是"果",如果能找出導致解離的"因",
也就是讓人害怕、焦慮、想逃離的事物,並且設法解決的話,
我的經驗是,會改善很多。
藥物的部分,我覺得抗焦慮藥物多少有點幫助,因為我自己是焦慮到一定程度,
就會開始恐慌、或是解離。
(例如感官完全被關掉、對周遭的事物沒有感覺,甚至疑惑自己為什麼會在這裡,
最嚴重的情況,會有另一個人出來。)
但藥物也只能暫時處理現狀,如果要完全解決解離的問題,還是要從心理層面下手,
找出焦慮的真正原因,才能解決問題的根源。:)
