(事實上是我朋友鼓吹我要PO出來造福大家... = =")
咳...我是那種吃再多青菜+喝水+喝優酪乳都還是很容易便秘的人
後來發現吃金針菇超有效, 熱量又低, 一天吃個1/3~1/2包,
"每天"上廁所都很順利 (不是2.3天一次哦),
有同樣困擾的人不妨試看看吧, 加油 !!! 有效請推個文~XD
