我也一直為了便秘所苦
常常就是便秘一陣子
因為堆積太多又拉肚子
就一直便秘拉肚子便秘拉肚子不斷的循環
最近偶然的一個飲食習慣發現可以有效的解救便秘喔
大家可以嘗試看看早餐的時候吃牛奶配外面買的乾燥的燕麥片
通常在超市就買的到一盒或一袋裝的
大部分的產地都是澳洲
自己DIY在牛奶裡面加上外面的燕麥片喝很促進排便喔
量的多寡依個人的喜好
我幾乎是再吃完之內一個小時就有感覺了
親身實驗幾次是真的蠻有效的喔
