才上班三天就請假了
其實同事主管都蠻和善的
但是就是一直發抖想吐胸悶
家人覺得是換新環境的原因
希望我再試試看
可是除了吃完藥睡著的時間
醒著的時候都很害怕哪裡做不好
都說有一點壓力是好事
有工作,作息才會正常才會慢慢變好
打了一堆說服自己的話
還是想躲起來
要怎麼做才能當個正常人?
