最近工作量暴增 每天幾乎要跟電腦朝夕相處10小時以上
平時只有吃b群習慣 這陣子覺得眼經負擔越來越重
很容易酸 想開始吃葉黃素
外食族很盡力在吃一日五蔬果了(但好難阿T_T~~)
葉黃素算板上蠻熱門的話題 爬文查了幾個葉黃素品牌
發現各家含量落差有點大
想請問大家在挑選葉黃素是依據含量多寡來選擇嗎?
(含量越高是越好的意思??)
