腹部超音波診斷 - 發炎

且可見後方強化訊號於雙側的肝葉

IBD(Inflammatory Bowel Disease)發炎性腸道疾病

: CBD
: normal shape and size
CBD(common bile duct)總膽管
正常形狀及大小
: Gallbladder
: one echogenic material(1.4cm) with acoustic shadow is seen at GB sac
一超音波顯示的陰影(1.4公分)於膽囊
(簡單來說就是膽結石)
: Portal Vein
: Negative
肝門靜脈
沒看
: Pancreas
: homogeneous echotexture and normal thickness at head and body portion
胰
胰頭部及體部同質同紋理且有著正常的厚度
(就是正常的意思)
: Spleen
: Negative
脾
沒看
: Kidney
: Negative
