以下是他MRI的報告, 但我們都看不太懂, 想說在複診之前先弄清楚這是什麼意思
所以來這個板問一下, 希望有懂的人可以簡單說明一下:
Dedicated internal auditory canal protocol imaging was also performed with
small field of view centered over the IACs .
There is no Mass or pathology enhancement involving the internal auditory
canals. There is preservation of T2 signal involving the cochlear.
Vestibules. And semicircular canals.
Marrow signal at the skull base is maintained . There is a T1 T2 hypointense
lesion in the left side of the clivus . Best seen series 11.
Small sclerotic lesion in the left clivus. This most likely represents a bone
island. Bone scan may be obtained if indicated
