我不知道我是肌腱炎還是腱鞘囊腫
中指關節下方凸起來，並不會影響活動，但是壓到會痠，我有經常使用鍵盤習慣。
我不知道原理，那個中醫師說，你這很輕微，弄個三分鐘就好
看中醫，經過推拿消下去了(超痛)，但是現在有點酸酸的正常嗎?
西醫和中醫治療方法差在哪?
復發率高嗎?
