因為外婆年紀大了,膝蓋關節的地方常不好使力
上個禮拜她走不穩不小心扭傷腳,去看醫生才發現她有輕微的骨質疏鬆,
而且關節也已經有磨損了(外婆年輕時從事勞力工作)
醫生提醒我們除了加強鈣質跟葡萄糖胺的攝取 平常活動也要多注意
現在雖然有在做一些物理治療的療程,但很怕下次就不只是扭傷反而是拐了就骨折了,不過
外婆年紀也大了,現在補充鈣質還吸收得進去嗎??
