的B群建議量
從天然食物裡攝取要達到這個標準
是很難很難的
必須要吃下可觀的蔬果才可能達到
有些人說不需靠B群補充錠
吃天然食材即可
亦或者我們根本不需要那麼多的B群
像是最近一直在提倡
人類一天要吃四十種食物 對健康是最好的
其實我蠻懷疑的
一天要吃的四十種食物
不會有相勀或者相排斥產生中毒的現象嘛?
或者其實我們人類
一天只需要簡單的幾樣天然食材
對身體才是最沒負擔的?
