請問大家到底該如何放鬆的睡眠阿
瑜珈也做了 白天也盡量讓自己多活動
但是晚上到了真的就無法入睡
大概要拖到三點多才睡著
隔天九點的課根本崩潰
不然就是狂做怪夢 品質不好
我是需要休息的病人
除了偷吃安眠藥之外
有什麼很有效的辦法嗎
