本身有胃腸疾病,胃酸逆流的毛病
聽說這種病不能有太大的壓力
不過我找不到讓自己不要常有壓力的辦法
壓力來源是現實生活
運動效果只有那一瞬間
很奇怪的是.壓力一來 ,就會胃脹,從一年前就開始這樣了
而從小腸胃就不是很好,常常便祕,或是拉肚子
大家都怎麼紓解壓力呢?
困擾許久的問題
