平日大概晚上12點睡覺 設7:20的鬧鐘 不過都會賴床到40分才起來
早餐也有在吃 且都買b群和維他命c來吃
可是早上上班的時候 都會一直打哈欠 很想睡
然後中午午休 大概睡半小時
起來後 下午變得比早上還睏(我通常不睡午覺 下午還比較有精神)
而且我晚上睡覺時 每天都會做夢 連睡午覺也會
請問這樣 我身體是缺乏什麼 才會這樣一直疲倦
另外想請問嘴破的問題
我常常吃東西的時候 都會不小心咬到嘴巴
然後每次只要咬到一點點 都要近兩個禮拜才會好
後來 在版上看到說 多補b群 多喝水 就會好的比較快
可是我發現這些對我都沒什麼用> <
感覺我該做的都做了(吃b群 多喝水 吃水果 擦口內膏)
然後還是阻擋不了 傷口越來越大 到最痛的時候 才會慢慢的變好
好的速度 也是近兩個禮拜 完全沒有比較快
像我姐姐他說 他嘴破的話 一下子就好了(他對嘴破這件事完全沒有痛苦的回憶)
想請問其它人 還有沒有其它的方法 可以比較快好?
