哪有公司在過年前去做健康檢查的啦
我突然想起來一月的時候，健康檢查報告回傳到APP裡面

但下個禮拜就過年了…過完年我也就忘記這件事情…
就在剛剛我突然想起來這件事情，想來問一下，過了這麼久我的肝還有救嗎..
我想得到的壞習慣，應該就是有時候會喝酒而已，但每次喝也不會喝到爛醉啦
不過最近工作關係，都只剩下熬夜在忙工作，沒有喝酒了，不知道這樣會不會改善一點???
想問一下我這種數值，除了戒酒之外，還需要搭配什麼保健食品來預防嗎
我怕我這年紀肝就硬化了….
