有請醫界朋友幫忙解釋一下~

RESULT:
1.The NCV of right peroneal CMAP
2.Normal right tibial MNCV
3.Normal right sural SNCV
4.Non-pickup of right F-EDB and normal latency of right F-AH
5.High normal latencies of bilateral H-refexes. The EMG study shows few
positive sharp waves over bilateral 1.5-S.1 paraspinal mucles.

Conclusions: The NCV and EMG studuy suggests bilateral S1 radiculopathy
with active denervation change and non-pickup of right
peroneal CMAP.
