神經傳導報告疑問 - 醫療資訊

從去年下肢神經不舒服到現在
去年9月做神經傳導正常
今年又做了一次報告如下：

SNCS: within normal limits.F-wave: Prolonged latency over bilateral peroneal ne
rve. H-reflex: within normal limits.EMG: 1. No spontaneous waves were noted in s
ampled muscles2. Polyphasic waves were noted in left tibialis anterior, L4 and L
5 paraspinal muscles3. No giant waves were noted Conclusion:These findings revea
led: suspect L4 and/or L5 radiculopathy

查了一下相關是說L4L5受壓 還有神經再生了這樣嗎？
因為目前下肢肌肉算是還有力氣 但不知道為什麼整個腳都感知怪怪的
剛重做mri 如果只是澎出還沒退化的話 還能做增生治療嗎？
