疑似嗜睡 日常生活如何改善? - 精神疾病

我從有印象的時候,我上課就很愛打瞌睡,但不是我不認真
我都會逼自己醒來但無效(攤手)一定會睡的情況就是演講、讀書、工作
還有開會、站著等待時、看電影時
我每天只要三餐後過不久一定會睡著 我試著早睡、睡飽,但好像還是一樣
我試著少吃 吃低GI 有減輕一點點但是那些量都太少根本不正常
餐後喝咖啡,知道不能常喝但別無他法
我之前診斷出有自律神經失調,所以盡量不要喝咖啡
但我又不得不靠咖啡減輕嗜睡症狀(有時咖啡還無效)
要去掛林口的黃醫生又掛不到
有沒有人可以提供我到底日常生活要如何做才可改善嗜睡症狀
這已經大大影響我工作進度了(淚)
