甲狀腺穿刺報告求解 - 抗癌

各位好

穿刺報告昨天出爐，醫生說是 "疑似" 甲狀腺乳突癌，但我看病理報告有follicular，這
不是濾泡的意思嗎？(我不是質疑醫師，只是疑惑，這部份還請諒解)

以下是病理報告，求解
specimen origin：thyroid gland，nos

cytopathologic diagnosis：atypia

specimen adequacy：satisfactory

general category：atypia

specimen：10c.c color：pink

slide：1 alcohol-fixed glass slide，total：1 slide

slide：right

comment：
some atypical follicular cells with nuclear grooving and one nuclear inclusion
a re seen in the lymphocytes background.

please closely follow up,repeat cytology ir perform biopsy if clinicallt indic
ated.
