講說用鮮雞晶來替代鹽的話
在不影響好吃或不好吃的情況下
可以少鹽40% 然後減少39%鈉含量的攝取
感覺起來用鮮雞晶煮菜真的可以吃的比較健康
不過不知道這是真的有可能做到的嗎?
