用餐的習慣 - 養生

正常來說我們在用餐的話應該是有主菜飯和水果跟湯吧
不曉得大家的順序是怎樣
如果有水果的話我一定會先吃水果..讓水果中的營養成分先讓胃分解
腸子容易吸收,接著再喝一碗湯,這時候大概也三分飽了
然後飯菜的話就是菜先吃...然後肉..最後才是飯
如果沒有水果的話就是先喝湯在菜肉飯這樣..
可是我同事們就是都菜肉飯一起混著吃..最後才喝湯...最後吃水果
有的是菜肉飯配飲料然後吃完水果再來喝一杯飲料..
我想他們這樣應該都不太好吧..
不過我好奇的是先喝湯再吃水果還是先吃水果在喝湯完以後的正餐有沒有
什麼差別...或者有沒有人有不錯的用餐習慣呢...希望可以來討論一下....謝謝
