明天就是我的生日了
但並沒有很開心
不是不喜歡過生日
而是心裡有好多遺憾
讓我捨不得變老
很想回到過去，改變些什麼。
剛才那個害我心中充滿遺憾的人
傳了訊息祝我生日快樂
更讓我感到無比諷刺。

話說，最近諮商談到自我肯定
讓我想到一個問題，
那就是到底要有多肯定?!
心理健康的人都能全然接受自己的現況?
還是說或多或少都有些不肯定
只是情緒不會因此受到影響?
