如題
上次看到版友在文章也有提到 不過不是主題就不好意思在文下方討論
開始工作後就好焦慮 想到吃東西就有點反胃 尤其是主食 飯菜
醫生也只是開了嚴重時的止吐劑給我
是有幾個有效的方法 比如運動 不過也不一定有效就是惹
大家還有別的辦法嗎
