不知道在這邊詢問是否合適?先謝謝大家。
事情做不好時,或是工作不順時,
常常會脫口而出,或者是在心裡直覺地罵自己,
如:你怎麼不去死?你真的很糟糕!
並沒有真的想傷害自己的念頭,
但是這樣的狀況好像已經成為習慣,甚至獨處時有時也會這樣想。
請問這是怎麼回事?有甚麼方法得以改善呢?
