母親肺部電腦斷層疑似肺癌 - 肺癌

各位版友好，
在這個兵荒馬亂時點打擾大家
家母昨日去看肺部電腦斷層報告，
報告內容如下：
Ct scan of the chest without and with IV contrast medium enhancement was
performed.
An irregular soft tissue nodule at LLL with spiculated border,1.9 cm in
maximal diameter,could be lung cancer.
Fibrosis and subsegmental atelectasis at LLL.
The mediastinum shows clear appearance without evidence of abnormal mass
lesion or enlarged lymph nodes.
The vascular markings and great veesels in the lungs,hila and mediastinum are
normal distribution and appearance.
The pleural spaces show no evidence of fluid collection or abnormal lesion.
The diaphrag -matic domes,subphragmatic spaces and visible portion of spleen
are normal in appearance.

醫師是說，看不出來良性或惡性，
要我們去內湖三總找胸腔外科處理，以下幾點請教：
1.報告內容說可能是肺癌，再加上形狀是軟、不規則，我上網查醫學報導，肺癌機率很
高，請問我是不是要有心理準備，應該十之八九是惡性？以及我母親狀況，應該是在幾
期？及痊癒的機率？
2.請問報告後半段的意思是什麼？有些醫學用語太懂，看不太懂？或是看得懂，但解不
出意思，也請教各位版友。
3.家醫科的醫師，建議去內湖三總找胸外科黃才旺主任，請問黃主任的評價？
4.請問現在疫情如此嚴重，以我母親的狀況，是否建議去台北看診或做手術？還是緩一
緩，等疫情緩和再去較好？
5.最後，今年初我父親剛走，母親又發生這件事，我內心其實很難過，加上工作及家庭
要顧，都快崩潰邊緣，請問版友有沒有建議，我該如何做，才能協助我母親度過難關？
