椎間盤突出症核磁攝影MRI報告 - 醫療資訊

各位相關領域的網友妳們好，我想請各位幫我看一下我的核磁共振報告。

目前我正在服役，左腿痠麻走路跛腳已近兩個月。

我想拿此份報告來申請兵役的因傷停役。

不知道是否符合下面這項停役標準

椎間盤突出症，經電腦斷層掃描（CT SCAN）或磁振攝影（
MRI）檢查證實有壓迫神經根者。

以下為我的MRI報告：

Imaging Findings

1. There is marked posterior disc herniation at L5/S1 which causing spinal
canal stenosis and indentation bilateral S1 nerve roots. Recommend clinical
correlation and follow-up.

2. Mild right paramedian disc bulging at L4/5 with abutting right L4 nerve
root is seen. Annular fibrous tear is suggested.

3. Slight posterior disc bulging at L3/4 with mild compressing the dural sac
is noted.

4. Otherwise, there is no significant abnormality.
