小弟吃藥半年了 不過都呆在家看影片
原本晚上有去慢跑半小時到一小時
感覺沒什麼用
不過醫生說吃藥加運動是最好的治療方式
而且最好是長期運動 甚至終身運動
才會慢慢好轉
不過我還沒嘗試長期運動
有人真的的因為長期運動變好的嗎?
