最近開始喝無糖飲料了 - 養生

以前幾乎天天都一杯含糖飲料
可樂、奶茶、檸檬紅茶
大概就是這三種輪流喝
半年下來也胖了三、四公斤
後來想想這樣真的不行
之後就改喝一些無糖的飲料,這樣對身體也比較好
但喝來喝去真的很不習慣
後來我朋友有推薦我喝清補養氣茶一樣也是無糖的
可是有甜甜的味道耶
喝到現在一個月了還蠻習慣的
大家趕快加入我的無糖行列吧
