因為暑假快結束了
可是身體一直都維持著懶洋洋的
從睡醒之後就一直身體沒什麼力氣
精神還ok,就是身體都很懶
想在開學前把身體狀況調回來
我都12~2點睡
睡到自然醒
飲食正常
沒吃補品藥物等等
請問要怎樣能夠讓身體有精神一點呢?
