最近在同事聊天的時候
有同事說他的家人因為有骨質疏鬆
所以整個生活都變得很小心了
在各方面都要很注意 也不能被碰撞到 不然很容易就骨折
平常也開始在喝安怡這種高鈣奶粉 或是補鈣補品什麼的
我自己聽到的時候也覺得蠻可怕= =
因為好像蠻多醫學報導說 其實過了30 35歲之後就要開始補鈣
不然很容易鈣質流失...然後老了骨頭就會很多毛病
除了飲食多吃小魚乾、黑芝麻或是多喝大骨湯等
小魚乾這種東西平常沒特別去吃 也不會吃得到...
我同事說可以試試看芝麻粉
平常還有什麼比較好的補鈣方式呢?
