我很久以前去看精神科
是被判定輕微妄想
但其實很久沒有了
那是因為先前喜歡某個人
才覺得一直有人在跟蹤我
再加上從「分心不是我的錯」的結論
ADD+輕微ADHD
還有前天又想跳樓
憂鬱症
給有相關毛病的人一個建議
就是吃紫菜湯
不一定對每個人都有效
我原本根本沒發現也沒感覺
有天就是去外面吃自助餐
就是紫菜湯喝完以後
就覺得安定多了 專注多了 不再有很多負面想法
今天又再喝一遍
結果也是一樣
對我的頭腦有好的影響
不知道每天喝的話會不會對頭腦好
總之我還在試驗
如果有人有試試也可以一起討論
不知道當中的什麼成份造成的
另外是我很久之前就知道的
(跟商談老師他提供的
結果不吃的結果也證明會比較好)
優酪乳、炸的、花生、芝麻、芒果、木瓜、甜的(不要太常就好)、牛奶
吃的話也是就容易胡思亂想 不易專注
就先這樣
希望有心得的可以一起討論
