最近常常都買萬歲牌的堅果來吃,因為想攝取一些比較營養的食物
本來一直不知道該挑選什麼樣的小食物會比較健康
後來知道了堅果類的好處,才開始吃堅果的習慣
堅果類含有豐富的維生素B群。杏仁則含有豐富的維生素B2
堅果類更是多種礦物質的寶庫﹐它是鎂﹑銅﹑錳﹑硒的良好來源
既調理多種生理功能﹐也是合成體內抗氧化酵素的關鍵元素
所以有些飲食中有吃堅果習慣的地方村落,長壽的人都比較多
也有人跟我一樣偶爾都會吃吃堅果嗎^^
