Obesity Journal, “Water Consumption Increases Weight Loss During a
Hypocaloric Diet Intervention in Middle-aged and Older Adults”
的其中一章節提到,飯前喝適量的水是有幫助於瘦身的,而通常你會聽到一種說法,飯後
不要喝太多水,因為水會稀釋胃酸。
如果水會導致胃酸過多,這部份會跟稀釋有些矛盾,除非胃酸的量超過水可稀釋的量,不
過這方面並沒有相關研究的支持,所以不予置評。
