最近幾天狀況良好
難得放假不會整天躺在床上
所以決定來整頓我混亂的房間
因為原本是雜物間兼書房的關係
我的房間裡一直有很多不知道歸誰的雜物
那些雜物塞滿了壁櫃
我自己的東西只好再用塑膠櫃裝
結果就是滿房間櫃子空間變很小
把所有東西清出去的途中意外發現大部分壁櫃其實是空的讓我有點自我懷疑
整理過程中翻出一堆自己都覺得莫名其妙的東西
有時候翻出十年前或二十年前的日記
就會陷入苦思
有人說整理房間就是整理人生真的不是沒有道理
前陣子被我姐唸了:你是不是不買東西不開心啊?根本是為了花錢去尋找新興趣吧
好像真的是這樣,而且都是些小又零碎的東西很難收
整理完房間我的購買慾應該會淡定一陣子吧......嗯,應該
最近食慾很差,一直想吐,偶爾頭痛
不知道是不是戒斷
一直失眠大概是房間收一半很焦慮吧......
今天開始第一次諮商,因為心情很好不知道該說什麼,在想是不是該把機會讓出去
但又怕會不會無預警的又掉下去了
心理師說我的測驗結果顯示的精神分裂和反社會是表示我判斷事情的方式來自於內在
不願意遵循或是說盲從社會規範
而我的認知與現實相比較為負面扭曲
所以並不是真的有這方面的疾病
覺得放心多了
雖然心情很好,但卻容易發怒
覺得別人的弦外之音很惱人
一句話我就會想很多很多,然後為此憤怒不已
絕大多數人覺得我是想太多
但常常事後或是透過第三方了解發現事情真的如我所想
有時真的會懷疑是自己認知扭曲還是只是比別人先認知到事實
常覺得我並不是憂鬱,只是比較認得清事實
