剛剛九點有睡意
就快點吃藥然後去躺平
試看看可不可以把生理時鐘調回來?
結果睡意還是不夠濃
想著想著
忽然覺得其實睡不著也沒關係
就躺在床上
這樣也很舒服
結果躺到一半直衝廁所讓屁股吐一吐
吐完整個人神清氣爽
現在就覺得
轉個念頭
睡不著也沒關係呀!
就躺著很舒服
躺到不想躺再起床看要幹嘛
經過這樣子的想法以後
就覺得好像也沒必要硬逼自己一定要睡
不過其實有點小陰天
因為我買大樂透的600元共姑了~幹!
