想知道這幾種食物的營養價值
經過幾年的觀察以來我發現我還蠻挑食的
會吃的食物就這幾種
目前早餐...(吃喝選一種)
豆漿.奶茶.蛋餅.香雞漢堡.炸雞漢堡.乾麵.
中餐.晚餐...(吃喝選一種)
柳橙汁.珍珠奶茶.炸豬肉.牛肉麵.肉圓.飯.蘿蔔青湯.貢丸.水餃.控肉飯.蛋炒飯.牛排.
極少量的青菜.........
偶爾的宵夜...
黑輪.滷味.科學麵.波卡.可樂.泡麵.
大約如此吧...想請問大家...這幾類食物的營養很低嗎??= =
