情緒引起的不正常飲食習慣
覺得吃什麼會快樂就吃
覺得以前不能吃的就吃
覺得以前沒吃過的就吃
覺得貴的要死的就買來吃
反正我知道是補償心態
因為過得很苦很不順
所以只能從這填補
想改也好難
有沒有什麼方式或辦法可改善
想喊停,但是在拉扯
