最近工作上有些事承受的壓力有點大
今天在某個場合
某人無意間說了一些話
剛好觸動到我心裡那些傷
然後我就哭了
問題是在那麼多人的公眾場合真的很不適合哭
但是就無法克制 停止不了
想到之後要面對旁人的背後議論 好奇心和負面評價(草莓族之類的)
就覺得很煩
到底有沒有甚麼方法可以在很想哭但是不該哭的時候
克制住呢?
有人有成功經驗嗎?
我真的不想再有下一次
