今天跟家人朋友出去玩,
但因為新環境刺激太大,
好多intrusive thoughts,
有時還是意志不堅,太焦慮了,
開始做一些強迫行為,
但還是沒有忘記在心裡鼓勵自己,
自己已經很勇敢了,
對OCD來說,
主要課題是要持續努力練習與不確定性共存,
專注活在當下。
我自己覺得我們都是小小的勇士呢~
希望大家都能找回安定的心!
