最近真的是只要吃完飯後就會腸胃有感覺...跑去找廁所...
盤點了一下自己近期吃的食物
還為此做了一下食物的屬性功課
像是冬瓜本身是寒的,因此在料理的時候可以跟薑一起煮會比較溫和一點
盤點後才知道自己原來都吃了比較寒的食物
雖然已經有調整了2.3天的飲食了,但還是無法恢復之前的狀態
有人也有這樣過嗎QQ

多才拉肚子嗎?通常吃一點點還好不會拉
,有可能是其他腸胃問題,可能需要檢查
看看,也可以補充益生菌保養一下
