失眠問題困擾我很久,
常常半夜兩三點躺在床上睡不著,
我的狀況是有一點點睡意睡不著,
要等到很疲累才能入睡
如果半夜兩點半睡著,常常一睡就睡到隔天下午兩點半才醒,
整整睡12個鐘頭才夠,
我用過好幾個鬧鐘都沒辦法讓自己自然醒來,
意志力也沒用@ @
最近要準備考試,每次睡到下午心情就會很差又很焦慮,因為想到一天又
睡掉了!
另外就是我的鼻子有慢性過敏的毛病。也因為鼻竇炎開過刀,但是還是常會鼻塞
,有做過過敏源測試,但醫生說找不到明顯原因,就是說食物類的過敏看起來
還好,比較可能是因為對溫差或氣候過敏,我對氣溫很敏感,只要換季就常鼻塞
或眼睛發癢過敏...
請問這樣要怎麼改善呢? 我真的很希望能有正常的作息!!!!
