請問想減體脂肪
大概需要怎麼吃呢
因為我之前因為體脂肪過高變開始控制肉的食用量
一個禮拜大概只有3.4天吃肉
而且只有一餐會吃肉
但是體脂肪不減反增
請問想減體脂肪應該如何飲食比較好呢
可以請有經驗的人提供菜單或食品嗎?
