早餐吃的飽----疑問:大家都建議早餐吃麥片 但其又無飽足感 又說不要吃油的 那請
問該吃什麼
請問 一起床後喝水完在接連吃兩個水果接連吃早餐 這樣好嗎
午餐吃的好
晚餐吃的少
ps.以上攝取要滿足 衛生署建議的每天六大類基本食物之攝取量 並依照上述所述
請問這樣的飲食有否要加強之處(試圖找個最佳的飲食健康法)
