早上起來曬了太陽+散步
接近中午時做了1/2動態靜心
本來下午還要再做的
結果買了一杯嫩仙草奶凍
吃太撐沒辦法做 -.-
明天開始
1.早上曬太陽+散步
2.上午、下午各做2小時動態靜心
3.每天記錄自己當日行程
以便檢視是否如期完成任務、並檢討改進
